I started in technology, learned how to organize work, then how teams collaborate, then how customer problems become products, then how strategy becomes delivery. AI is now changing the speed of all of it — which makes clarity and judgment more valuable, not less.
I work with founders, executives, product teams, and delivery teams. I am comfortable in a boardroom conversation about strategy and in a refinement session about acceptance criteria — and I think the second is where most strategies are actually won or lost.
